Fast Charging LG Phones

LG phones with USB-C use Quick Charge technology. It can charge the phone up to 18W. Compared to a regular USB-C charger, which will only charge it up to 10W.

The charger included with your phone is a fast charger, using Quick Charge. But if you need a second charger you’ll need to look at other options. Genuine LG fast chargers aren’t readily available. Luckily Quick Charge is a popular standard. So there are lots of compatible options.

LG ThinQ Models

The LG ThinQ phones use Quick Charge 4+. Where the older phones use QC 3.0. ThinQ phones will still benefit from Quick Charge 3.0 chargers. But they can also fast charging using USB Power Delivery.

If you would like to compare options check out Fast Chargers for Google Pixel. The Pixel also uses USB Power Delivery.
